FAQs

  • No. You can place your laundry in any bag for pickup. Many customers use garbage bags for their first order. After your initial pickup, we’ll provide a reusable TapWash bag for future orders.

  • No. You don’t need to weigh your laundry. We place a temporary authorization on your card, then weigh your order when processing begins. Your card is only charged once your laundry is ready for delivery, and you’ll receive a text notification.

  • Yes. You’ll receive text updates throughout the process, including a tracking link with photos when your laundry is picked up, dropped off at our laundromat, and delivered back to you. You’ll also receive estimated arrival times when your driver is en route for pickup and delivery, helping ensure nothing is missed.

  • No. If you’re comfortable with it, you can leave your laundry outside for pickup. You may also request contactless drop-off if you’re not home when your order is returned.

  • We offer two turnaround options:

    • 24-Hour Service: Delivery is scheduled at least 24 hours after pickup.

    • Express Service: Pickup before 1 PM qualifies for same-day delivery.

  • You can reschedule pickup or delivery anytime before your scheduled 30-minute window.

  • No. We offer wash-and-dry laundry service only.
